What a fun and unique idea! Isn't it amazing that your mood always improves AFTER you danced? Maybe I should try that?...
Carrie - would love to have you dance along with us! Several others are joining along too. I hope you try it and come back and let me know how it goes. Can you imagine if we can get loads of women dancing around their kitchens?
Now Happily Dancing Around My Kitchen! This is such a good idea - and you were so right - It's impossible not to feel good after! I'm going to figure out how to link this to my post. Love it!
Susan
So glad it's working for you Susan. It sure makes a difference in everything I do for the day if my mood is 20% better. Plus it exercises all kinds of muscles in a fun way.
I came across from Blackberry Jam - I love this idea :D Following your blog to see what else you come up with.
Just call me Twinkle Toes....I'll be dancing!
Thanks Rachel and Eva (aka twinkle toes). Glad to have you come on by. If you dance around your kitchens let me know how it works for you.
