So You Think You Can Dance - Top 12
Favorite Male - RussellFavorite Female - Ellenore
Favorite Couple - Ashleigh and Jakob
Favorite Choreography - Sonya Tayeh
Most likely to go home? I think Karen and and Victor will be in the bottom with the voters, whether the judges send them home I don't know. Nigel seems to have a thing for Karen.

Seahorses and Jellyfish iPhone Polaroids
I am just now getting a few of my iPhone polaroids of the seahorse exhibit at the Monterey Bay Aquarium posted. The exhibit was stunning.
The seahorse above is a dragon seahorse. They blend in with the seaweed and are fascinating.
The aquarium always has the mose beautiful jelly fish. They play classical music, the room is dark and it is the most lovely, peaceful, floating experience.

I Love Seahorses
Richard and I are taking the day tomorrow to go with our friends Dan and Joan to see the Seahorse exhibit at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. It's such a great aquarium and did I mention that I love seahorses? I hope to come home with some cool pictures. Did you know that seahorses are the only males in the animal world that get pregnant?

Today's iPhone Polaroid - Visiting Allied Arts
Sunday Tricia, Susan and I headed on over to Menlo Park for some breakfast and coffee and then went strolling around Allied Arts. I hadn't been there for years. There are artist studios/shops, a nice garden and a café (which is closed on Sundays).
Allied Arts is run by a a guild that raises money for uncompensated care at the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital.
...and then back over the bridge home.

Today's iPhone Polaroid - A Trip To The Farmer's Market
My friends Tricia and Susan and I walked to the Palo Alto Farmer's Market this morning.
I love the old homes in Palo Alto.
So many soft shadows.
We had crepes at the Farmer's Market. I had the banana and chocolate and yes I at the whole thing! Yummm
Such a sweet little dog waiting for his owner.

So You Think You Can Dance Poll - Vote For Your Favorites
Update
Going home tonight - Pauline and Peter. That seemed right to me. Somewhat surprisingly Karen ended up in the bottom three. She clearly was one of the best female dancers this week. The only thing I can imagine is Karen's decision to announce her divorce on the show turned people off It actually felt like a pretty tacky thing to do on national television.

Man Shops Globe - India
I love watching his creative process...creating something new from something old. The birdcage turned out great. I am trying to find a picture of it finished.
This episode also shows the creation of a chandelier made out of "found objects' - very cool. I love how he talks about the pieces being from a trip. Now that would be one great souvenir!

So You Think You Can Dance - Top 18
Nigel is still pushing that chair for Paula Abdul. GIVE IT UP NIGEL. WHO CARES? Thank goodness for Adam as a judge! Now about the dancers and choreographers. I wasn't blown away tonight, but there were some good moments.
Favorite Choreography - Stacy Tookey (This kind of reminded me of Mia Michaels addiction routine last season. Never the less I thought it was powerful)
Favorite Couple - Kathryn and Legacy
Favorite Male Dancer - Ryan - He is such a strong dancer and that strength and intensity came through in his tango routine with Ellenore.
Favorite Female Dancer - Ellenore - It was a toss up between Karen and Ellenore. However Ellenore danced almost the entire routine with the hem of her skirt caught on her heel and never let it phase her one bit - amazing.
Favorite Music - Little Green Bag - George Baker
Spoiler Alert - Don't read the following if you haven't seen the show yet and don't want to know who was eliminated.
I was really disappointed to see Bianca go home tonight. I love watching her. I thought Channing should have been in the bottom two. I think Phillip going home was probably the right choice although it was sad because his father had just died the week before.
So now there are 16.
Don't Forget....

Don't forget to dance today and tomorrow for at least five minutes, so you are eligible to win a $100 Target Gift Card! I will be drawing a name from the comments Wednesday evening. Click HERE to enter!
