California had one heck of a storm yesterday. Today it is beginning to clear and the clouds are moving away.

Trees are broken and fallen to the ground around my house. One broke off and nearly impaled my husband, when he went to investigate something (God knows what) during the storm! I watched this huge branch from a very tall tree take a nosedive and miss him by about 4 feet. I mean, wow! I almost missed my trip to Vegas! ;)
I heard about the amazing rain from so many of my friends and California co-workers.
Here in NY - the county just north of where I am may get snow tomorrow! Yikes - I am not quite ready for winter.
It was crazy! I was glad to see some sun this afternoon!
