A number of women who have entered the Keep On Dancing $100 Target Gift Card Contest have commented about dancing while cleaning. So today I decided to try it. I discovered I do a mean salsa with a broom. And what I can do with a dish towel while dancing...well it's pure Martha Graham if I do say so myself.

good for you! Bandit (my middle dog child) forbids me to dance. I must look like Elaine on Seinfield, he totally flips when I try to dance!
Have you ever danced in the shower? I mean, you need to be careful you don't slip and take out a towel rack with your face, but it's more than a little fun.
Most people don't realize that dancing not only feels good, but it provides all the benefits of exercising as well....
