It's Sugar/Flour Free Thursday

No sugar, flour and I am already craving a chocolate croissant. Oh well it's almost Margarita Friday. (Do margaritas qualify as junk food? I know wine doesn't. It's a health food...especially those reds!)

I wonder how eating only 1 type of food every day of the week would work as a diet. Carbs day, vegetable day, fruit day, protein day ... wonder how the body would react?
