Went to the Capitola Art Festival this weekend. Capitola is a wonderful little beach town just south of Santa Cruz.

Hey, sugar! I just saw a few minutes of Dr. Mehmet Oz's new show. He had a segment on dancing! Go to doctoroz.com to see the section called "Dance Pounds Off" with choreographer Step Stewart. It's very lively.

Capitola! I lived there from 8th grade until graduating from high school and my parents stayed (now live in Santa Cruz but my mom has her small business -- a dance studio -- in town for 20+ yrs.) It's really a magical place:-) And your pics are great!
