I love the whole dancing idea to improve your overall mood. When Im frustrated or stressed, or the kids and I are having a bad day, I always put a little music on a dance around with them. They love it and we all smile and laugh. It definitely helps improve your mood. I might have to take the 30 dance challenge myself. Thanks for the positive vibe!!

My kids and I love to dance, with or without music. Their favorites are the "Naked Dance" (for 5 mins btwn PJs and clothes, the Hokey Pokey, and Ring Around the Rosie (my 2 y/o mispronounces so it's "Asses, asses, we all fall down!"
