Update
So a question for myself...Am I eating more sugar on Mondays to prepare for Sugar Free Tuesdays?

I'm sure I could go without the sugar but the flour would be a challenge. Is it all carbs or just flour? I can get pretty creative about finding alternate carbs.
That sounds so hard!!! No sugar;( Keep up the good work~sounds like you are doing great!
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog on my SITS day!
Tricia - Flour free Thursday is no cookies, cake, baked goodies from the bakery or Starbucks, bread, pasta. I think that's harder than Sugar Free Tuesdays. Well we'll see how long I can do this...I am such a wimp when it comes to stuff like this.
I could do a day without sugar as long as I could use equal in my tea. But flour? Carbs? Really really hard for me.
Oh! My fans came yesterday and I brought 2 of them with me to work and used 1 of them on and off (as needed) all day! They are SO pretty! Thanks so much!
